Mia completed her PhD from UCL and Anna Freud Centre in Evidence Based Child and Adolescent Mental Health. She has worked as a facilitator and a systemic researcher in the past and has wide-ranging experience with supporting innovation, strategy creation and implementation, change, multi-stakeholder processes and organizational learning in a range of fields.

Mia is interested in themes such as climate change, energy and sustainable development, regeneration in South African townships, peace and re-unification in Cyprus, food sustainability and global supply chains, learning and organizational development, international networks, sustainable finance in the UK, urban agriculture, sustainable transport in Europe, sustainable education in England, mental health in the NHS, innovation in healthcare, and community resilience in the UK.
